Welcome! Partybus Bakeshop is an artisan bakery and cafe located on Manhattan's Lower East Side.

Our mission is to push the boundaries of what you expect from your neighborhood bakery while maintaining an unrelenting standard for the classics you know and love.

Our name comes from the van that my husband and I used to take our baked goods from market to market when we were first starting out. Our "partybus" lives on in our new brick and mortar bakeshop. Come visit!

about the owner

Jacqueline Eng is the owner and baker at Partybus Bakeshop. She discovered her love for baking while working as classical percussionist around New York City. Prior to striking out on her own she was head baker at Altamarea Group, making bread for restaurants like Ai Fiori, Marea, and Vaucluse.
