Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) Lab

MOFAD is a unique place. It’s really a living, smelling, craving, tasty museum. The goal is to inspire public curiosity about food, what it means, and how it connects with the world around us. Chow is a show about the evolution of Chinese American restaurants. The cuisine and restaurant in America has a nearly 170-year history and sparking conversation around immigration, cultural identity, and what it means to be American.
