The West Side Highway has a walking and biking path that runs the whole length of the West Side of Manahttan and makes for a great way to see the city and enjoy a ride or walk from Lower Manhattan to the Upper West Side. Rent a Citi Bike if you don't have your own or enjoy the walk.
